Question regarding Paypal and Donating

Just wanted to ask a question regarding donating through Paypal. I was reading the donation FAQ and noticed that with Patreon you can donate in chunks to eventually get access to higher tiers.
Can the same be done with Paypal? I want to donate $50 equivalent for Sector B guard and then further down the line donate more up to $150 for Sector B Commander. Will you guys be able to track donations on Paypal the same as Patreon?
