Long time no see!

Is there any place/topic for suggestions for the game, like it was in mod forum?

I mean any suggestions from hell to heaven.
That way you might find even something useful for the game.
And don´t say FB or Twitter.... I am old school guy, like forums where you can more easy to gather ideas like that.
